These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SureCoin (“SureCoin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the SureCoin mobile app, website, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2) The Service and AI Outputs

SureCoin provides tools that use software and artificial intelligence to analyze images of coins and produce informational results (such as coin type, date, mint mark, grade indicators, and market signals) and may generate drafts of listing content.

Important:

The Service is not a professional grading, authentication, appraisal, or financial advice service.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. You are responsible for verifying results before relying on them, especially before buying/selling or publishing a listing.

3) Your Account

You may need an account to use the Service. You agree to:

Provide accurate information and keep it updated

Keep your login credentials confidential

Be responsible for activity under your account

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

4) Your Content (Photos and Inputs)

“Your Content” includes photos you upload (front/back coin images), text you provide, and any other materials you submit.

You keep ownership of Your Content. However, you grant SureCoin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display Your Content only to provide and maintain the Service (including generating results and drafts you request).

You represent you have all rights needed to upload Your Content and that it does not violate law or anyone else’s rights.

Prohibited Data

Do not upload:

Health/medical data regulated by HIPAA

Full payment card or bank account numbers

Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or similar government IDs

Any other highly sensitive personal data

5) Usage Data and Improvements

We may collect “Usage Data” (information about how the Service is used and performs). We may use Usage Data to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the Service. If we share Usage Data externally, we will do so only in aggregated form that does not identify you.

6) Machine Learning and Training

We may use de-identified and aggregated Usage Data and/or de-identified and aggregated elements derived from Your Content to improve AI or machine-learning features in the Service. We use commercially reasonable efforts to de-identify data prior to such use.

7) Acceptable Use (Common-Sense Rules)

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes

Misrepresent authenticity, condition, provenance, or value of coins using our outputs

Upload content you do not have rights to use

Attempt to bypass plan limits, security, access controls, or authentication

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where prohibited by law)

Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including security or vulnerability testing without permission)

Use the Service to build a competing product using our non-public features or materials

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use materially harms the Service or other users.

8) Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan. Plan details and usage limits are presented in the app and/or on our website.

What You Are Charged (List)

You may be charged for:

Subscription fees (e.g., monthly or annual) for a selected plan

Usage-based fees if a plan includes metered usage (only if disclosed at purchase)

Applicable taxes where required (sales tax, VAT/GST where applicable)

App Store / Google Play Billing

If you purchase a subscription through Apple’s App Store or Google Play:

Payment is processed by Apple/Google (not directly by SureCoin).

Your subscription is managed in your Apple ID / Google account settings.

Cancellations, renewals, and refunds are governed by Apple/Google policies.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period (or earlier if the store’s policy requires). You can cancel via your device’s subscription settings.

Price Changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice (email or in-app). Changes apply at the start of the next subscription period, where permitted.

9) Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay undisputed fees when due (where applicable), or use the Service in a way that materially harms the Service or others.

Deleting Your Content

Upon request, we will delete Your Content within 60 days, unless we must retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or compliance purposes.

10) Confidentiality (Limited)

If either party receives non-public information from the other that is reasonably understood to be confidential (“Confidential Information”), the recipient will use it only to perform under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, rightfully received, or required to be disclosed by law.

11) Intellectual Property

SureCoin and its licensors own the Service, including software, design, and all related intellectual property. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

12) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURECOIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

13) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

SURECOIN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES.

SURECOIN’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SURECOIN FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureCoin from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) Your Content, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, via email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
